“A song well sung keeps going into other songs, other pictures, other life. It has no end.”

– Wharton Esherick

Join us in a celebration of collaboration and community as we mark the 50th anniversary of the Wharton Esherick Museum! Fifty years in, Esherick’s studio is as much a source of joy, inspiration, and a call to get busy as ever, and we invite you to join us at this fundraising event and be part of the next fifty years!

The day includes two separately ticketed events. Learn more below and let us know how you want to celebrate!

12 – 4 pm: Open House with Home as Stage Artists

Honoring the artistic friendships whose conversation, collaboration, and connection made Esherick’s life that much richer and more profound, we invite you to meet the artists from our fall exhibition Home as Stage, and explore their works on view in the Studio. Guests will also enjoy woodworking and printmaking activities, light refreshments, and a commemorative 50th anniversary gift.

Guests will take home an exclusive restrike of an Esherick woodcut print.
