Donation Requests


The Wharton Esherick Museum is committed to developing and maintaining strong ties with organizations in our community. We are proud to further our mission of providing transformative experiences with the Esherick campus, collection, and archive by donating general admission passes to fellow not-for-profit educational and cultural organizations looking to meet fundraising goals. 

Please review the following guidelines before making a donation request:

  • In response to a high volume of requests, please be advised that we are not able to fulfill every request. 
  • We take a mission-driven approach to donations. Requests from our immediate community, local schools, and arts-related non-profit organizations are given priority.  Please note that we have a limited number of passes for donation each year.
  • Only public charities organized under 501(c)(3) of the IRS code are eligible to receive donations. 
  • We do not donate to for-profit institutions, events benefiting individuals, and religious or political groups.
  • We are not able to respond to every request.

To make a request: 

  • Please direct all requests, via email, to Katie Wynne, Deputy Director of Operations & Public Engagement, at [email protected]
  • Requests should include your name, organization name, an overview of your mission and/or event for which you require a donation, how you plan to recognize the Wharton Esherick Museum at your fundraising event (if applicable), the date by which you require your donation (if applicable), and explicit mailing instructions for the same.
  • Please allow at least 4 weeks for consideration of requests and mailing of donations.
